Festival Dates
Saturday, August 31 - 12 pm-9 pm. Sunday, September 1 - 12 pm - 8 pm.
Gates open daily at 11:30 am, with music starting at 12pm, beer service opens at 12pm also.
Accessibility
The festival site is held within an Oregon State Park, with most of the terrain a grassy field. The walkways are ADA accessible. Please note that as with all seating in the venue, it is first-come, first-served. There is reserved parking close to the entry gate.
Are dogs allowed?
The festival is held on Oregon State Park property so dogs are allowed but required to be on leash at all times. Owners are required to clean up after their pets.
What to bring?
Guests are encouraged to bring their own camp or folding chairs or a blanket. The following items are allowed to bring into the festival:

Empty reusable water bottles (or factory sealed bottled water)

Personal sized umbrellas. Personal sized umbrellas must not exceed 62”. Patio and oversized umbrellas will not be allowed so please leave those at home as a courtesy to your fellow festival goers.

Camp or folding chairs (at this time the festival does not have a low profile requirement for chairs).

Blankets

Strollers

Umbrellas (please be prepared to remove your umbrella if it blocks the view of the stage).

Are there any fees aside from ticket prices?
The festival is held on Oregon State Park property, so a valid Oregon State Parks blue campground hangtag, single day use pass, annual Oregon State Parks day use pass, or a Pacific Coast Passport are required for parking. Daily parking passes can be purchased for $5/day prior to parking. National Parks passes, Military IDs, KOA campground passes, and Washington Discovery passes are not honored for parking fees.
What IS NOT ALLOWED in the festival?
The following items are NOT allowed at the festival.

Outside alcohol

Outside food or drink other than factory-sealed or empty water bottles (Please note, exemptions will be made for medically necessary items and severe allergies.

Bicycles, skateboards, scooters

Personal amplified music

Cannabis, drugs, outside alcohol and other controlled substances

Smoking/Vaping

Oversized umbrellas, tents or canopies

Oversized blankets — please be courteous to your neighbor and only take up the space that you need (that’s about a regular beach towel-sized space per person)

Weapons of any kind

Fireworks, explosives, or accelerants of any kind

Drones

Balloons, beachballs, frisbees, inflatable devices, or outdoor games

Professional audio or video recording devices and equipment, including cameras with a detachable lens longer than 4″

Alcohol will NOT BE SERVED to anyone without a valid wristband, ID checks are required for over 21 wristbands.
The festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests may check the token tent for lost and found items.

We’re all here to have a good time and we’re all a part of the community, so please remember:

Per Oregon State Parks, all parks are designated as smoke-free areas.

Be kind to the park — dispose of trash and recycling in designated receptacles.

Be kind to your neighbor — no physical or verbal harassment or abuse will be tolerated.

Keep on moving — please do not block aisles, walkways, or other public areas.

Be cool — please follow the guidelines and directions of the festival management team and its authorized contractors, as well as all posted signage.

No seriously, be cool — please follow all federal, state laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of Oregon State Parks.

Summer's End Music Festival staff will close entry to the Festival when the audience reaches capacity, as directed by the City of Warrenton Fire Marshal

No video or audio recording of concerts without permission from artist

No distribution of commercial advertisements, or vending without authorization
Are we able to reenter the festival once we leave?
Yes, as long as you reenter on the same day with valid wristband you will be allowed reentry. If your wristband is for the wrong day, or has been removed you will be required to purchase another ticket for entry.
